We are a US-based company. We print our t-shirts right here in the USA.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within the USA.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a special number so you can follow your package's journey—right to your doorstep.
What materials are your products made of?
Our tees are made from 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed for that soft broken-in feel you will love from day one. Double needle stitching for durability and a tubular knit seamless design. Available in sizes S to 3XL.
Our tees run true to size, so please be sure to check the size guide. You can locate the size guide by clicking on the t-shirt product media.
We recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Q: How is each piece made?
Every Crown Craft Atelier piece starts with the art. Each design is created for enthusiasts who know the difference between wearing a shirt and wearing a statement. Once you place your order, your piece is produced specifically for you by our premium print partners using DTG — Direct-to-Garment printing. The ink is applied directly into the fabric fibers. No cracking. No peeling. Just clean, detailed art built to last.
Q: How long does production take?
Every order is carefully prepared before it ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for production. During peak seasons, this window may extend slightly.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Q: What if there's a delay?
Delivery windows are estimates. Transit times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, seasonal volume, or weather conditions outside our control. We appreciate your patience and are always here if you have questions at support@crowncraftatelier.com.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order is submitted. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand behind every piece we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@crowncraftatelier.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
Q: My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my order. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that, this can be frustrating and we want to help get it sorted.
Here's what we recommend:
- Check around your property — porches, side doors, garages, and with neighbors. Carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots.
- Wait 24 hours — occasionally carriers mark a package as delivered before it physically arrives.
- Check with your local post office or carrier — they can often locate a package that was misrouted or held.
- Contact us — if your package still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, reach out to us at support@crowncraftatelier.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Crown Craft Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do everything we can to help you find a resolution.

Q: Will my items arrive together?
Most orders ship together when possible. However, if your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are produced by different print partners, facilities, or shipping locations.
If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number. The rest of your order is still on the way.
Q: Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Sometimes, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate deliveries.
Because our products are made to order, each item goes into production after your order is placed. In some cases, items may be fulfilled by different print partners, production facilities, or shipping locations. This helps your order move through production as efficiently as possible.
If your order ships in more than one package, you may receive separate tracking updates for each shipment. Don’t worry, this is normal, and the rest of your order is still on the way.
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we cannot accept returns for sizing, fit, or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order. We are not able to provide exchanges or refunds for wrong sizes ordered. However, we want you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and we are always here to help. Please send us an email and talk to us about your concerns and we will look at what options are available.
Q: How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
