Our apparel is decorated using direct-to-garment and similar printing processes and may contain inks, dyes, fibers, and materials that some individuals may be sensitive to. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please review the product materials before wearing, and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
You are responsible for following all care instructions provided with your product. Improper washing, drying, ironing, or care may affect the appearance, fit, color, and durability of your product and is not considered a defect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk associated with the selection, use, wear, and care of our products.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Crown Craft Atelier reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason at our discretion.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many of our products are made to order, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been accepted or entered preparation.
If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You agree that purchases made from Crown Craft Atelier are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export. We may cancel or refuse any order we believe is placed for resale.

Crown Craft Atelier products are made to order unless otherwise stated.
Preparation times, shipping times, and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, carrier transfers, customs processing, weather, incorrect shipping information, holidays, high order volume, or events outside our control.
Orders may ship in multiple packages. A package may also be transferred between carriers before final delivery.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for transit and delivery.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Crown Craft Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, except where required by law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated or required timeframe, we will notify you and provide options in accordance with applicable law.

For orders shipped outside the United States, you are the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring the order complies with the laws of the destination country.
You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are not refundable.
Delivery times for international orders are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing outside our control.

In all cases, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Crown Craft Atelier and the parties listed above, for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, our marketing, or our products, will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Crown Craft Atelier for the product giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

Informal Resolution First. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@crowncraftatelier.com and provide a brief written description of your dispute and your contact information. You and Crown Craft Atelier agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days before initiating arbitration.
Agreement to Arbitrate. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Crown Craft Atelier agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, our products, our marketing, or your relationship with us will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration will take place in the State of Texas, or by video or telephone where permitted, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision.
Class Action Waiver. You and Crown Craft Atelier agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
Jury Trial Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Crown Craft Atelier waive any right to a trial by jury.
Time Limit on Claims. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms, our website, our marketing, or our products must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose. Otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.
30-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to info@crowncraftatelier.com that includes your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.
Survival. This Section survives termination of these Terms.
SECTION 25 — FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, utility or internet failures, supply or material shortages, or disruptions affecting our suppliers, print partners, or shipping carriers.
SECTION 26 — SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will still be enforced to the fullest extent allowed by law.
The unenforceable portion will be considered removed from these Terms.
This will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining sections.
SECTION 27 — WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not mean we waive that right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies or rules posted on our website, make up the entire agreement between you and Crown Craft Atelier.
